Refund Policy

Refund terms for paid JobWeb services, including Fitcheck subscriptions.

This Refund Policy applies to paid JobWeb services, including Fitcheck subscriptions.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund charges already paid.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund if:

  • you were charged because of a billing error;
  • you were charged after cancellation;
  • duplicate charges occurred;
  • the service was materially unavailable or failed to provide the paid functionality; or
  • required by applicable law.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • partial billing periods;
  • unused time in a subscription period;
  • dissatisfaction after substantial use of the service;
  • failure to cancel before renewal;
  • changes in your job search status, employment status, or hiring outcome; or
  • inability to obtain interviews, offers, or employment.

Job Search Results

JobWeb and Fitcheck do not guarantee job availability, employer response, interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, compensation, or employment.

Abuse and Misuse

We may decline refund requests where we believe there is fraud, abuse, repeated refund behavior, misuse of the service, or violation of the Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at privacy@jobweb.io with the email address used for purchase and a brief description of the issue.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into the JobWeb Terms of Service.
