About
JobWeb was founded to help job seekers navigate the job search with more clarity, less noise, and fewer middlemen. Too many companies benefit when job seekers keep coming back, keep paying annual memberships, or keep cycling through the same noisy platforms. We want the opposite outcome: help you find a better-fit role and move on.

Our Philosophy
LinkedIn and Indeed are paid by employers, so their incentive is to keep you scrolling and subscribed for as long as possible. JobWeb Board sells no placement to employers, and Fitcheck is paid by you, the job seeker, alone. That means our incentives point the opposite direction: when you leave us, because you found a job through JobWeb, that is a success story and a win. It means JobWeb Board helped you discover something real, Fitcheck helped you focus on what fit, or the Blog helped you keep moving forward. Either way, the right outcome is that you move forward, and we would rather earn a few good months from you than a subscription you never needed.
The principle behind all three
Whether someone uses JobWeb Board, JobWeb Fitcheck, or the JobWeb Blog, the premise is the same: give job seekers more clarity, more control, and more direct paths to real opportunities; then get out of the way.
